HomeClub Workshop

If you are interested in learning how to cut and polish rocks, this club can help with that. The club has a workshop owned by a member and is available to work on lapidary projects on the 1st and 3rd Sundays of the month from 2 pm to 5 pm. The tools and equipment in the workshop are for use by LGMS members exclusively. There is a $5.00 fee for each session to help with the cost of maintaining the equipment and supplies.

This shop time is also a good time for members to socialize; many come out to see what others are doing and to hang out for a little while. There is no fee if you are not working with the equipment.

For more information about the workshop, come to our regular monthly meeting on the first Tuesday of each month, 7:00 pm, at 3007 33rd street and talk to a member about what you would like to learn.
